Daniel's hints for Silver Strike Bowling

1. At the start of a game, when you choose your bowler's gender, press the LEFT and RIGHT
buttons to change the bowler's color.

2. Lighter balls are easier to control while heavier balls give more pin action. Press the
BALL WEIGHT button to change the weight at any time.

3. Always swing back before swinging forward, or you'll throw essentially a dead ball. It'll
roll down the lane really slowly and hit the pins weakly. It's good for laughs, though.

4. Hooking the ball increases pin action. Combine that with a relatively fast ball and you'll
strike often. Experiment with this to find out what works best for you.

5. Holding the OVERHEAD button to set your approach is a good idea. It also prevents you from
accidently throwing a forward-swing-only ball into the gutter when you're moving your player.

6. If you feel that you messed up on your backswing, press OVERHEAD, BALL WEIGHT, or START
to reset your player. Don't forget to turn your player again if you did so previously.

7. The lane conditions do not change over the course of a game or a series.

8. Don't get angry at yourself over anything, especially bad shots and "taps."

9. You might have more success at converting tough splits if you throw a faster ball. This is
because the pins tend to bounce off the back wall and back on to the lane more frequently
than in real life.
